You are now able to view your accrued leave via a web portal. Generally, the opening balances were taken from your legacy payroll system and the accrual rates were calculated per the individual leave plans. Any taken leave was calculated by looking at your approved timecard for a given period. For more details, review the FAQs below.
You will be able to see your leave beginning balance, accrued hours, accrual rate, time taken/paid, and ending balance by logging in to the Leave Portal. Follow these steps:
Leave Portal 1. Log in to: https://leave.constellis.com a. Employee ID b. Last 4 digits of your SSN c. Birth Date Employee ID If you do not know your Employee ID, you can obtain it from MyADP. Via laptop: 1. Log in to: https://my.adp.com 2. Click on you name on the top right 3. Click on Profile 4. Your Employee ID will be under your name at the center of the screen Via ADP Mobile App: 1. Tap ADP Mobile app icon on your device 2. Tap the menu drop down on the top left 3. Tap "myself" 4. Tap "profile" 5. Your Employee ID will be under your name and title
If you have issues logging in to the portal or obtaining your Employee ID, submit your inquiry to myleave@constellis.com.

A: Sick leave, PTO, and Vacation. Other leave types are not included in this validation.

• If you are a legacy Triple Canopy employee, the beginning balance represents your ending balance (2018 last pay cycle) from Legacy Constellis Costpoint.
• If you are a legacy OMNIPLEX employee, the beginning balance represents your ending balance (2018 last pay cycle) from Legacy OMNI Costpoint.
• If you are a legacy Centerra employee (out of scope for June 2019 validation), the beginning balance represents your ending balance (2018 last pay cycle) from UltiPro.

Time taken is obtained from your timesheet/timecards. This time taken/paid should also show on your pay statement.
Inquiries on time taken should be addressed with your local management. If there is a discrepancy between your timesheet/timecard and what is reflected in the leave portal,

A: Accruals rates are the same as what you were previously earning, unless you reached a service anniversary date this year which made you eligible for a higher accrual or, if you are a union employee, if there was a change made to your paid leave benefits this year.

If you determine there is a discrepancy with the maximum amount of leave you accrued
or when you are accruing leave, submit your inquiry to myleave@constellis.com.

A: You continue to accrue leave when taking paid leave, unless you are covered by a CBA which includes a different provision.
A: You do not accrue paid leave while on an unpaid leave of absence. If, however, during your leave you are paid for PTO, vacation, sick, etc. you will be eligible to accrue leave during this paid status unless you are covered by a CBA which includes a different provision.

You may not have reached your leave plan accrual anniversary date, or you may have taken your full leave balance from your prior leave cycle.
If you determine there is a discrepancy with the zero balance, please address this with your local management and submit your inquiry to
myleave@constellis.com if there is an error.
